This sports performance camp focuses on speed, agility and quickness. The camp integrates sprinting and block work along with relays, speed and agility drills, plyometrics, long jump and minimal mid-distance running. The session also covers the importance of stretching, warm-ups, goal setting for physical fitness, and nutrition tips. Ready...set...sign up today!

This camp will take place on the Track and Mithun Field at Providence Academy; rain location is Gym B. Wear athletic clothing and shoes, and sunscreen; bring a water bottle.
