Refunds:  If you wish to withdraw any registration, your fee will be refunded if you request cancellation at least 20 days before the start of the session.  To ensure staffing and program commitments to all families, refunds will only be granted after that date in the event of illness. Phone withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to Morgan Underwood at morgan.underwood@providenceacademy.org.

Cancellations: Providence Academy reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. In the event of a cancellation, Providence Academy will make every effort to notify families at least two weeks prior to the start of an activity. If an activity is cancelled, we will offer the option of applying the tuition towards another program or obtaining a full refund. If an activity must be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, the instructor of the activity will contact the participant regarding the cancellation.
