Refunds: A $50 administrative fee will be retained for all cancellations.  A 50% refund minus the administrative fee, will be given for program registrations that are cancelled two weeks before the first date of the scheduled activity.  This is to ensure program commitments to families and to have proper staffing.  All requests for a refund must be submitted in writing.

Cancellations: Providence Academy reserves the right to cancel any class or activity. In the event of a cancellation, Providence Academy will make every effort to notify families at least two weeks prior to the start of an activity. If an activity is cancelled, we will offer the option of applying the tuition towards another program or obtaining a full refund. If an activity must be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, the instructor of the activity will contact the participant regarding the cancellation.
