A completed Providence Academy Winter Activities registration with emergency contact and medical information is required for each participant. Payment will be processed as a part of the registration process.
Tuition will not be prorated or refunded due to school closings, family vacations or conflicting activities. If a student is asked to withdraw from an activity because of inappropriate conduct, a refund will not be issued.
A $15 administrative fee will be retained for all cancellations. No refunds will be granted for registrations cancelled two weeks before a class is scheduled to begin.
Providence Academy promotes respect among individuals and does not tolerate foul or threatening language, harassment or bullying. Students may be asked to withdraw from the activity if this policy is violated or if a student’s conduct is disruptive to the class. Parents are encouraged to consider the content and nature of the class and the readiness of the child for the session before registering.
If an extracurricular school activity must be cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, a member of the Providence Academy staff will contact parents as soon as possible regarding the cancellation.
